Note for practices without input-tax deduction: Since medical treatments are exempt from VAT under § 4 No. 14 of the German VAT Act (UStG), licensed psychotherapists generally cannot reclaim VAT as input tax. The gross amount therefore corresponds to your actual costs.
Right after ordering: You receive the order confirmation by email and pick an installation appointment directly from our calendar.
Installation day: Your pre-configured hardware is already with you; we set up hardware and software together via remote access (approx. 60 min.). From here, your free first month begins.
One month after installation: First regular invoice of 120,00 €. Then monthly, 12-month minimum term.
